Baku: The Turan Textile Exhibition is set to take place in Baku from April 29 to April 30, bringing together key players from the textile industry, according to Jamid Movsumov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Franchising Association Public Union, Trend reports.
Movsumov highlighted that the event will serve as a platform to display the textile capabilities of the Turkic world. The Azerbaijan Textile Association Public Union, the exhibition's main partner, will use the opportunity to present the country's textile potential to a global audience.
Organized under the "Made in Turan" standards, the exhibition aims to facilitate Azerbaijani textile brands in expanding into international markets, showcasing local manufacturing excellence, and integrating the sector with cutting-edge technologies. This initiative is expected to bolster Azerbaijan's standing in the global textile industry.
Participants will include textile companies, designers, and industry experts from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan, alongside representatives from Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Hungary, and Japan. With over 5,000 attendees anticipated, the event will also feature B2B meetings, fostering new business partnerships and collaborations.
